My Approach
Healing isn't about finding the perfect strategy or technique, but rather cultivating flexibility, curiosity, and self-compassion while discovering what approach works best for you.
My coaching approach has been shaped by my family's healing journey, the evolving science of neuroplasticity and the nervous system, and more than 11 years of supporting hundreds of clients recovering from the impact of chronic health challenges.
I integrate applied neuroscience, polyvagal theory, brain retraining and nervous system regulation tools, along with gentle somatic practices. Together, these approaches can help you build greater resilience and create the conditions to support the changes you are longing for in your life.
Sometimes the programs available and the many strategies offered can feel overwhelming. It can feel urgent to find the right combination of strategies in order to heal, however, healing doesn't come from trying "harder." It's not about perfectly implementing every strategy learned, but rather learning to quiet the noise and focus gently and strategically on bringing a felt sense of safety back to your system.

Together, we'll explore both top-down (brain-to-body) and bottom-up (body-to-brain) approaches, discovering the combination of tools that best supports you, right where you're at.
Above all, I strive to cultivate a safe space where you feel understood and supported. Having experienced the challenges of chronic illness, I know how exhausting it is to be simply getting through each day and also know the profound transformation that can happen when the brain and nervous system are given the right conditions so the body can heal.
My goal is to walk alongside you with compassion, knowledge, and encouragement as you move from simply surviving toward truly thriving.
What fuels my passion for working as a neuroplasticity coach?
A steadfast belief in the resilience of the human spirit and each person's capacity to heal.
A lived understanding of the uncertainty and challenges that come with chronic health issues.
The privilege of witnessing what is possible when the brain and body begin to feel safe again.
You are not broken. With the right space and tools, your nervous system can learn its way back toward safety, resilience, and ease.
